Edinburgh Sculpture Workshop’s Schools Programme has been running since 2012. Working  in partnership with two local Primary Schools Trinity and Victoria this innovative approach to visual arts education through long term engagement has seen the  Primary 5 classes from both schools visit the workshop for an hour once a week for the whole school year. 100+ pupils annually have taken part in a wide variety of workshops delivered by artists. The projects are designed to engage the participants in the artists’ practices, allowing them to experiment with materials, processes, concepts and to develop their creativity.
