The Edinburgh Sculpture Workshop schools programme is now in its fifth year. Three Primary 5 classes from Trinity and Victoria schools visit Edinburgh Sculpture Workshop for an hour once a week for the whole year taking part in a wide variety of workshops with practising artists.

Over the school year pupils learn about different aspects of contemporary arts practice, produce work and participate in two exhibitions. As well as equipping them with practical, creative skills, pupils are encouraged to develop their critical faculties through discussions and studio visits giving them the confidence to talk about and respond to contemporary visual art.
