Sculpture Courses

Edinburgh Sculpture Workshop runs Sculpture Courses in the evening and on Saturdays, covering a range of sculptural processes and all led by practising artists.

Course prices include the cost of materials and VAT at the current rate.

Class sizes are limited to ensure individual attention, access to equipment, and the opportunity for discussion.

Included: With all weekend and evening classes you are given a voucher giving 1 or 2 free* Day Sessions (2 or 4 half days), value up to £24, allowing you to come back and work untutored at ESW. (*Additional charges apply for using metal workshop cutting & welding equipment).

Included: All course participants are also invited to show their work in EMERGENCE (the exhibition of work produced on the Sculpture Courses programme) usually held in July and December each year.

Please note that a reduced sculpture courses programme has been planned for early 2012 as ESW will be moving into the new Sculpture Centre in around May, and a new programme will start later in 2012.

Cancellations

If Edinburgh Sculpture Workshop cancels the course for any reason you will receive a full refund. If you cancel your place on the course, a refund will only be given if you cancel 2 weeks or more before the course start date.

Conditions

The courses are provided for adults aged 16 and over. ESW reserves the right to change any part of the programme.

Discounts

10% concessions are offered to students, unemployed, benefits claimants and seniors. To receive your discount, proof of concessionary status is required. 15% discount is offered to members of ESW (not available to Supporter members).
