Title: A Pair of Pears
Date: 2008
Bronze, H 8.5 cms x diam 5.5; Pear II, H 7.5 cms x diam 5
It was an interesting challenge to be asked to take on something which I had not done for over fifty years. My only previous experience of sculpture had been one day a week at Glasgow School of Art with Jimmy Barr and Benno Schotz. This recent attempt has been an enjoyable break from painting.
